constant vibrations loose handle
the breakfast had a good choice, i found enough to eat.
My room was in the basement and i could constantly hear the trains. it made it difficult to sleep. The noise and vibrations were constant. the bathroom door handle was also loose. i feel these issues should have been addressed before my stay.

The family room was very spacious. coffee and tea facilities were available. This was really convenient. room service provided chargers, which i needed, so that was helpful.

the room was clean. breakfast included adequate choices. the location was near transportation options.
i found the bed to be quite firm. the hot water was not consistent during peak hours. the noise from the nearby underground was noticeable.

i really liked the location near hyde park i found it quite convenient. the staff members were helpful offering travel advice i found it very kind. i also appreciated the breakfast it had many options and was nicely presented.
the wifi signal was weak in my room i couldn't connect reliably

underwhelming experience
dirty bed sheets no elevator
the location proved convenient. it was near public transportation.
the cleanliness was unacceptable. i found hairs on the bed sheets. they didn't change the sheets initially despite my request. there was also no elevator, a serious inconvenience.

fantastic stay near notting hill!
ample space great selection helpful staff
The triple room had ample space for our needs, i appreciated the separate sleeping areas. It. breakfast offered a great selection of food that kept us satisfied before sightseeing, and the replenishment was consistent. We never found empty trays. the staff were always smiling and happy to help, addressing any questions i had with patience.
I had some minor issues with the wifi connection. It was occasionally slow, which complicated some work tasks.

The reception was consistently staffed and offered prompt assistance with inquiries. housekeeping maintained high cleanliness levels throughout my stay. They were very attentive to detail. the staff facilitated easy luggage storage before check-in, it was very useful.

the elevator provided convenient access to all floors in the building. i liked the breakfast area, as it was well-lit and organized. the room featured both a refrigerator and kettle, so useful for snacks and drinks.
