tube stationdated roompaper thin wall
the location is very near the tube stations and grocery stores.
the room i got was small and dated. the walls felt paper thin, and i stayed for four days without hot water. my room was above the restaurant, so the noise was loud.

i found the staff genuinely warm, and. the hotel's proximity to hyde park was excellent. our room was really clean, which i always value. the hot water supply in the shower worked perfectly.
the beds in our twin room felt a little narrow! but we managed.

An Okay Stay with Some Issues
great locationstained carpetdamaged furniture
The location was near several stations so moving around the city was easy.
I found multiple things that I did not like. The room felt rather old. The furniture was damaged and the carpet had visible stains and did not look very clean. These issues.
