Excellent Stay Near Public Transport

The bus stop was conveniently located right outside. I also noticed that the train station was just up the road. The room was beautiful, very clean, and included everything I needed. I found complimentary waters in the hall for the guests, a great touch.
The minimalist breakfast offered good quality ingredients. However. I did miss some typical English options.

a decent stay

the building displayed character. it had grade ii listed status with a history, i liked that. everything was super clean. the room seemed newly furnished. the continental breakfast was more than enough to get the day started.
The location was on a busy main road and on a flight path. the noise at night woke me, and i am a heavy sleeper. the noise really bothered me. I did not sleep well at all.

i stayed for several nights in the grand twin or double room. breakfast included a tasty parfait with granola topping. coffee was AMAZING!!!
the stairs up to the second floor are steep and shallow. the walk to the underground station felt a little too long.
