small pajamasdisruptive noise

the provided pajamas were too small i found them quite uncomfortable for sleeping. noise from other guests moving around at night was also disruptive. the thin walls did not prevent sounds of zippers and plastic bags it made resting difficult.

the staff were very polite and helpful i liked the free amenities such as toothbrushes and towels the women's spa was especially clean and well kept i would definitely stay again for a layover. the check-in process was easy.

the sleeping area was quite noisy i could hear every footstep and sounds from other cabins it was difficult to get a completely dark space because the curtain did not fully close at the bottom.

the lounge offered both paid and complimentary coffee options there was also a microwave available for heating food this was convenient for quick meals or snacks before a flight.

the public bathrooms included hairdryers and a variety of soaps and lotions individual showers were available ensuring privacy the onsen provided a relaxing soak after a long journey it was a nice touch.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The cabins and shower facilities were very clean. This spot is in the airport, so it is very convenient.

The door to the cabin do not lock, this felt strange.
