i experienced attentive service at the front desk. the staff helped me with directions. the location was convenient for accessing nearby shops, and restaurants. the rooftop bar offered beautiful views.
the bathroom was somewhat small. it was a little difficult to move around in. more counter space would be helpful

the hotel is near santa maria maggiore basilica. it is a short walk from restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. the colosseum is about 15 minutes away, so it's close.

breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, and frankfurters. there was also a selection of cheese, meat, cakes, fruit, and pastries. espresso was available and it was delicious, i liked it.

the staff was warm and cute. they offered croissants when i couldn't make breakfast. the front desk called cabs and recommended restaurants! the concierge made cappuccinos at 5:15 am, so kind.

helpful service convenient transport
The hotel location allowed easy access to restaurants and attractions. Staff provided really good customer service and accommodated our breakfast needs before buffet start time before a tour. I appreciated this helpful service. They arranged convenient transport to the airport using a private driver.
The room required updating. There was only one electrical socket. It was hard to charge devices.

The hotel's location proved quite convenient for exploring. I walked easily to many ancient attractions. This accessibility saved considerable transportation costs. The room provided a very restful sleep due to the quiet surroundings.
I noticed the absence of a gym, which would have been a beneficial addition seeking fitness options. I would have welcomed the chance to exercise .

the staff was always ready to help with directions and suggestions. the rooftop bar had amazing views, i saw the colosseum! breakfast provided a great start to the day with many options. i really enjoyed the fresh croissants each morning.
The elevator felt a little slow. Though, it was never a major problem.
