the room was great i had a very comfortable bed the bathroom was huge too it included an iron with ironing board a mini fridge stocked with water and milk and even a nespresso machine and kettle i found this very convenient. i received a 33% discount on food because i was staying at the hotel i used this to have dinner in the pub the pub had a great atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the curtains did not block light effectively this was a slight issue as i am sensitive to light but an eye mask helped.

the location is great, close to kennington underground station. staff were friendly, and the pub had a nice atmosphere. the room was very clean.
the hallways smelled bad, a very specific thing i noticed. there was no breakfast served on weekdays at all, very disappointing. i had to squeeze past boxes with meat in the hallway in the morning, and those were for the pub kitchen.

the location was very convenient to public transport. nice parks were nearby. i enjoyed walking to them. the room was nicely decorated and the shower was GREAT. the bed was also comfortable.
hallways SMELLED bad. there was no breakfast served on weekdays. on saturday it was only from 8am. i had to squeeze past boxes with meat in the hallway in the morning. these boxes were for the pub kitchen located on the ground floor.

A GREAT experience

The staff were ALL friendly. They looked after us so WELL. The food was fantastic, homemade and freshly cooked. The rooms were lovely. They were very very comfy and tidy.
The bright green light in the bedroom made it hard to sleep.

The location is excellent, a short walk to the tube station, SO , made getting around very easy. There are also nice parks nearby to walk to, offering a pleasant green space close to the accommodation.

The hotel restaurant provided good value. I had dinner AND it was very good. There was also a discount offered on food, which I appreciated though the discount did NOT apply to coffee.
