excellent stay in a convenient spot
convenient location transport options nice restaurants quiet neighborhood
the location was very convenient. it was close to transport options, including the tube and bus. i found several nice restaurants very close. the neighborhood felt safe and quiet for walking.
the hot water took a long time to heat up.

helpful staff comfortable room quiet night
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist me! the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything i needed for a pleasant stay. it was also very quiet at night, so it was easy to rest.
the wifi didn't work most of the time i was there.

steep stairs poor noise isolation
The location was decent, a short walk to public transport.
The room on the third floor was accessible only by narrow, steep stairs (no elevator). The small size made it difficult to open my luggage. The noise isolation was not good. I could hear conversations and alarms from other rooms quite clearly, frustrating.
