The hotel's location was acceptable for accessing central areas.
I booked a 'Cocoon 1 Windowless by Design' room. The room's temperature control did not function, and the staff offered no immediate solution. The room remained uncomfortably warm during my entire stay.

The location IS really central. It's close to everything. My room had good air conditioning. I also appreciated the contactless check-in. It was quick. Vending machines sold any forgotten toiletries.
There were no clothes hangers in the room. This was a slight inconvenience.

My room was completely soundproof. I slept really well because of this. The room provided toiletries and a good shower. The bed felt very comfortable.

There were guards at the entrance, so adMISSION security felt good. A fitness center was AVAILABLE at an extra charge. A seating area downstairs allowed consumption of outside food and drinks. This WAS great.
