convenient location helpful staff slow lift missing kettle
the hotel's location is advantageous near the underground station i found it convenient. the staff were mostly polite and helpful during my check in process i appreciate that.
the lifts were slow often crowded , made getting around a bit difficult. i noticed the room lacked tea and coffee facilities a kettle would have been nice to have.

Wonderful stay!
friendly staff absolute stars
I found the staff to be friendly. They applied first aid when I had a minor accident and even laundered my trousers as they had blood on them. I was very grateful for the staff. They were absolute stars.
The lifts caused queues. There were only three elevators for a ten-story building with many rooms. I experienced long wait times.

The location is amazing. It is conveniently located near a tube station. It is also close to bus stops, including the 176 bus that goes to Leicester Square. This is GREAT!!!

Breakfast was good and offered a nice selection of both hot and cold items. One team member did a great job moving people in and out at a streamlined pace. I loved that.

unbeatable location ironing facilities fast wifi
I found the location unbeatable, very close to the elizabeth line. it was also a short walk to the west end. the ironing facilities on the same floor as my room were very useful. It was very convenient. plus, the free fast wifi kept me connected.
the lifts were slow at times.

The staff are friendly. senait offered amazing customer service. I really appreciated it. the check-in process was quick and efficient, made arrival smooth and hassle-free! the staff also let me store luggage before check-in.

quiet room dining options convenient location dated decor few powerpoints unfriendly staff
my room was surprisingly quiet despite the busy area. many dining options were within walking distance. i found a lot of restaurants nearby and i would stay here again.
the room was small and the decor looked dated. i also noticed very few power points were available. some staff members could be more friendly too.
