the staff was very friendly and helpful (especially with directions!). the breakfast had a good variety of foods. i liked that they stored my luggage before check-in. the rooftop breakfast room offered a lovely view.
the wifi was sometimes unreliable, needing frequent re-connections and password entries.

vincenzo and valeria greeted us warmly upon arrival. check-in was smooth and easy. the daily cleaning maintained a very high standard, i noticed.
the breakfast variety did not quite meet expectations considering the price, i noted. the room where breakfast was served was uncomfortably hot. the air conditioning did not seem to help lower the temperature effectively. this made eating there difficult.
