small room tiny bathroom
the location was acceptable, close to paddington station.
the room was very small i struggle to move around with my suitcase. the bathroom was tinier i barely fit into the shower. i expected more space, and it impacted my stay.

polite staff ideal location clean room
the staff was polite. the location is ideal near the station. the room was clean and had what i needed including a hot shower, towels, and toiletries (i especially appreciated the plentiful plugs).

The location is quite convenient. It offers easy access to public transport. I also found a nice little cafe right next door. The morning reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room had space under the bed. I could put my bags there.
The room I had was small. There was no ventilation from the shower. It felt damp and had an unpleasant smell. The toilet plumbing was quite bad and was constantly running, which I had to fix.

i found the staff friendly and able to securely hold my luggage after checkout. the effective air-conditioning was very welcome. the cleanliness of the room was great. i was able to check in earlier than i expected.
the shower head didn't properly connect to the holder.

clean room basic amenities worn stairs small room
The room was clean (that's always a plus). It had the basics I needed, including a hot shower, towels, and toiletries.
The stairs looked quite worn. I also found the room to be very small, with not much space to move around (but I was only there for a few nights).

I found the staff very helpful (they offered great directions). the room had effective air conditioning, a real plus. i appreciated the cleanliness. The room felt fresh. i also used their secure luggage holding service after checkout. It allowed me to enjoy the day without dragging my bags.
The stairs lacked a lift. I had to carry my suitcase up several flights.

functional air conditioning vending machine efficient check-in
the check-in process was efficient the staff member was polite. the room featured a functional air conditioning system it maintained a comfortable temperature. i found a vending machine in the lobby with a selection of drinks and snacks.
the room size was smaller than anticipated but it was manageable for a short stay.
