The location is quite convenient. It offers easy access to public transport. I also found a nice little cafe right next door. The morning reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room had space under the bed. I could put my bags there.
The room I had was small. There was no ventilation from the shower. It felt damp and had an unpleasant smell. The toilet plumbing was quite bad and was constantly running, which I had to fix.

i found the staff friendly and able to securely hold my luggage after checkout. the effective air-conditioning was very welcome. the cleanliness of the room was great. i was able to check in earlier than i expected.
the shower head didn't properly connect to the holder.

The room was clean (that's always a plus). It had the basics I needed, including a hot shower, towels, and toiletries.
The stairs looked quite worn. I also found the room to be very small, with not much space to move around (but I was only there for a few nights).

I found the staff very helpful (they offered great directions). the room had effective air conditioning, a real plus. i appreciated the cleanliness. The room felt fresh. i also used their secure luggage holding service after checkout. It allowed me to enjoy the day without dragging my bags.
