clean room easy checkout poor lift small room

the room was very clean. the onsen was a nice bonus!!! amenities were provided and there was also coffee and tea. quick and easy self check out was available.

the lift situation was poor and it often took several minutes to get a lift to the required floor. also the rooms are too small for two travelers and are only suitable for solo travelers.

amazing stay!

convenient store nearby lines spacious spa

the hotel location is very good i had access to two nearby lines, JR chuo-sobu, and the oedo subway. JR chuo-sobu easily connects to akihabara and shinjuku. the spa was spacious and enjoyable with several people using it even at 6am. i also liked the convenience store on level 2 with food and snacks.

great bedding polite staff train station hard pillow short bed tiny space

the rooms were well designed, great bedding was provided, connectivity worked great, and lighting was good. there was enough space for basic desktop work, i noticed. reception staff were kind and polite. the position is superb right next to a train station and many restaurants.

the pillows are worse than bricks! the bed seemed shorter than an average bed even for japan. laundry was constantly in use, and guests not retrieving their laundry on time proved impossible for many guests. excessive complimentary products and brochures cluttered the tiny space.

The tv included tourist information in english. It was a great help. each room had its own wifi password. i appreciated the convenience store located on the second floor, including its nearby seating area.

cozy room useful information multiple power outlets

my room had ample space under the bed. i stored all my baggage there. the tv home screen gave me a lot of useful information. i found the wifi password, checkout details, the room cleaning schedule, and public bath crowd size there. the room had multiple power outlets including usb ports.
