The location is convenient with bus stops very close (almost at the doorstep). The metro station is only a 5-minute walk away. The room was comfortable and quiet, ideal for a good night's rest. Little Venice is also within a short 5-minute walk.
I found hair on the sheets, toilet, shower, and even on the towels. Most of the electrical outlets didn't work. The bedside lights were also not functional (a minor inconvenience, but still noticeable).

The hotel's proximity to the tube station was GREAT. The location made getting around simple. The shower had AMAZING hot water and good pressure. Luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out was available.
I had to wait sometimes.

i found the staff to be very helpful. the newly refurbished room was lovely (i especially liked the modern decor). i also appreciated the convenient location with great transport links.
i found the walls to be quite thin, as i could hear neighbours clearly.

the hotel's location was super convenient. it's a short bus ride from paddington station using the number 16 bus. i found the room quite large and clean with really hot water in the shower. tea and coffee making facilities were available.
The online photos were a bit misleading, as the actual room differed slightly. it still suited my needs perfectly.

the room size was adequate. it also had enough space to put my things, even in the bathroom.
the noise from the road was quite disruptive. i could hear the neighbours' conversations clearly. additionally, instead of providing shampoo and body wash gel, they supplied hand wash liquid.
