The hotel's location was a definite plus. It was easy to reach various attractions given its proximity to transport links. The included breakfast offered a good start to the day.

My room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities provided in the room. The location was ideal close to the underground station and near the park entrance.
The window shutters let a lot of light in the early morning hours.

the location is superb. i could easily walk to hyde park and several tube stations. the continental breakfast offered a good selection of pastries and fruit. the staff were really helpful with directions and recommendations.
the room's decor felt a little dated. the wallpaper showed some wear and tear.

this hotel has a GREAT location near the underground and busses. facing hyde park IS lovely. i like how clean the room was. the staff were friendly and helpful.
it was frustrating that this wasnt fixed. the room was cold BECAUSE all the radiators had been switched off. breakfast has a limited choice.

The location is very convenient, close to Lancaster Gate station. This made travel easy. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast offered each morning, it had a good selection.
The bathroom fixtures seemed a bit outdated. The shower had low water pressure, and the temperature was difficult to regulate consistently. This made showering a bit inconvenient.
