helpful staff convenient location daily cleaning new towels
the reception staff were helpful. i found the location quite convenient. the room was cleaned daily and new towels were provided (that's always a plus). i appreciated the availability of restaurants and a mini market nearby.
The walls felt a little thin. I could hear some noise from the adjacent room.

keycard access helpful staff convenient location online pictures
i felt safe thanks to the keycard access system on all doors. the room matched the online pictures, which i appreciated. the staff was really helpful and nice . the location worked well, as it was a short walk to restaurants and the underground station.
the towels felt quite small for adults.
