The reception staff provided maps and travel information when closures occurred. My room access was prioritized. Staff were very good with customer service. The hotel is close to many things, including Wimbledon centre and the tube and train station. A bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel. Parking is available at the premises. The room itself was nice, along with the bathroom. The hotel offered convenient access to nearby cafes and a pub.
