Fantastic stay!

I appreciated the kind staff that gave great recommendations for local spots. The bus stop is really close (just four meters!) , made getting around easy. Luggage storage helped a lot after checkout, allowing me to explore.

The location was convenient with a bus stop right outside.
The room was small. It was difficult to move around. The bathroom felt too tiny. I also found the staff's insistence on seeing my passport quite odd, especially since I hadn't been informed about this requirement beforehand.

The location was quite convenient. Victoria station and pimlico station were both within a short walk. the room was quiet and clean. i found the beds were comfy, a plus.
the room was quite outdated. it also got very hot, and i could only open the window a tiny bit. my room was on the ground floor, facing a wall and an alleyway roof, which wasn't ideal.

The room felt small and cramped. There was not enough space for luggage for two people. The shower temperature was inconsistent and difficult to adjust. It fluctuated between hot and cold water frequently.

The room was small. I wasn't expecting that. also, the noise from the hallway was constant. I could hear every conversation and door slam. i really needed a quiet night and this was not it. the shower temperature was inconsistent, alternating between hot and cold!
