underwhelming stay
lack of fridge flat pillows
the room felt quite basic. i found the lack of a mini fridge disappointing. the provided pillows were also noticeably flat, impacting sleep quality. i think updating these amenities would significantly improve the guest experience.

The grounds were well-kept and provided all essential amenities. I found transportation into the city center very convenient and accessible. Staff members offered assistance with any questions I raised. The onsite shop made it easy to get various supplies.
The restaurant was not open during lunch hours, limiting dining options midday.

large supermarket good shower
the bus stop is very close. a large supermarket is right across the street, easily accessible via a pedestrian bridge. our chalet was comfortable and modern. the air conditioning worked well, and the shower was good.
the online check-in process was difficult for many guests.

broken showerhead thin curtains
the bus stop was conveniently located for getting to the metro.
i was given only two rolls of toilet paper for a three-night stay. the showerhead was also broken. i could hear my neighbors snoring through the walls. the curtains let in a lot of light, so it was difficult to sleep.
