the location was excellent. i could easily walk to paddington station in just a few minutes! the staff at reception were super helpful and friendly, always there to assist. the shower had good pressure, which i appreciated after a long day.
the room was quite small. it was difficult to fully open the bathroom door because it hit the bed! some of the lights did not work, a bit inconvenient. the breakfast selection was limited with very hard-boiled eggs.

amazing locationfriendly staff
the location was amazing. it was only a short walk to paddington station, and , made getting around so easy! the staff were also very friendly and helpful, and i really appreciated their kindness.
