clean roomfriendly staff
The room was clean and the staff were friendly. breakfast was lovely. It had everything i needed.
The front driveway had a broken bench slat. I couldn't sit outside.

the room was very cold. i had to keep my coat on all night. finding extra blankets was impossible, and nobody was available to assist me. communication felt lacking because my pre-arrival query about payment wasn't answered.

stressful searchrandom channel
The promised off-road parking was more of a suggestion than a guarantee , which resulted in a stressful search for street parking. Also , the television remote seemed to have a mind of its own , switching channels at random. It added a certain chaotic charm , but perhaps some new batteries would have been welcome.

the room was clean biscuits were available with tea coffee and hot chocolate sachets. breakfast included a full english cereal toast and fresh juice.
the front driveway looked rather shabby the bench slats were broken. i could not sit on the outside seat.
