the hotel's location was convenient. i found it was easy to explore the area with many shops very close. the room was impressively clean upon arrival. it was clear staff maintained it well.
the internal stairs were a bit steep. this might pose a slight challenge for some guests, especially with luggage.

i found the small interior stairs quite steep and difficult to manage. the room was also small and lacked sufficient surfaces for placing personal items. the bed was hard and did not provide comfort.

The location was superb, very strategic. I found it surrounded by cafes and local amenities. The room suited me perfectly. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious. Toiletries were provided, including towels and hair and body wash.
I heard every noise other guests made. A family above us sounded like a herd of elephants. Each toilet flush upstairs was very noisy. The noise kept me from sleeping.

the location was perfect it was near the abbey steps communication with the owners was excellent before and the hotel had everything we needed. tea coffee milk and biscuits were provided that was much appreciated we would stay again.
there was some noise from other guests it was noticeable at times
