Great Location and Helpful Staff!

The receptionist was cute and helpful. This made checking in so easy! The room was a great size and very clean. I liked the modern style! The bed was also very comfortable, and the temperature controls worked perfectly. Parking was great, too. I could leave my car a bit longer on Sunday!
The shower was pointed in a slightly awkward direction for shorter people.

Communication was excellent before my arrival. I received all necessary information promptly. The staff were helpful and friendly. They answered my questions with patience and a smile. Early check-in was also accommodated. It was a really nice touch.

The room was quite clean, with all the essential amenities provided. There was plenty of tea, coffee, and milk supplied for my stay.
The room was very cold. The heating was not turned on. A thin duvet was the only bedding, so I needed to wear a winter coat to keep warm.

the location proved convenient as it was a short walk to the centre. i found the room very clean with ample space. parking on the premises was free which was a definite advantage.
i noticed some mould on the window frames. also the room felt small and it lacked a wardrobe. the bed and pillows weren't very comfortable .

the hotel provided a continental breakfast. this included a selection of cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit. coffee and tea were readily available throughout the morning. the dining area was bright and well kept.

the hotel featured complimentary wifi access across all rooms and public areas. the reception area provided tourist information and assistance with local bookings. i found that the staff were helpful in addressing my queries regarding local attractions.

average experience with some drawbacks
expired milkcold room
the room felt quite cold upon arrival. i found an electric heater there, so i turned it on before leaving. i wanted coffee in the morning but the milk sachets had expired. this meant i had to wait for a drink, frustrating.

i stayed there a few nights! the location is super convenient to get around. tea and coffee were always available which i loved. the bathroom was really well done!
the heating was totally off so i was freezing. some mould was on the shower tiling. the toilet roll ran out way too fast without a spare, ugh!
