The location was great , very close to everything. The girl in the restaurant was lovely , very polite , and helpful. I found the bed comfortable , it gave me a great night's sleep.
I found the rooms were too small , it was hard to move around.

the staff were helpful. my room had a hairdryer, useful. i had a kettle with tea and coffee in my room. breakfast offered a choice of cereal and juice, and hot food.

The hotel is centrally located. It allows easy access to many local attractions. the railway station is a short walk, only ten minutes away. the spa is similarly close, also about a ten-minute walk from the premises.

the location offered easy access to various attractions.
Breakfast timing was inaccurate. I arrived just after 9:30, i was told breakfast ended at 9:30, despite being informed otherwise at check-in (this was very inconvenient). this inaccurate information led to disruption as i had to find an alternative breakfast option. the bar's drink prices seemed high. A carling cost £4.80, i found the taste weak. (i doubt i will return).

The location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
Check-in was quite disorganized. I arrived and found it difficult to locate a staff member to get my keys. breakfast was not great. The scrambled eggs seemed runny.
