the location is near the town centre and the coastline. travel to other east coast resorts is easy from here. i have stayed here before and plan to stay again.
the seating area outside needs some care , as there are weeds present.

The room included a radiator that could be turned on or off. A little table and chairs were in the room. We could eat our takeaway on a table. The location is great especially if you are going on a night out around the pubs. Parking is directly opposite the hotel it costs £11.90 for 24 hours.
The tv was small it sat on top of wardrobe. The positioning of the two single beds meant only one person could comfortably watch tv from their bed. The washhand basin was outside the bathroom. There were no hand towels or shower mat available .

The check-in process was easy and quick. A staff member was ready with my key upon arrival. I saw the member who showed me to my room. He was friendly during the brief interaction.

The hotel is in a quiet location which I appreciated. A car park sits directly opposite the hotel. The rate is reasonable and offers convenient access. There is no on-site car parking available.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed felt very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. A radiator was in the room that could be adjusted as required.

the location is genuinely close to the seafront. i was also pleased that the staff were cute and friendly (they were always smiling!).
the windows are not double glazed, so i could hear outside noise.
