Really good stay
comfortable bed great tv fabulous shower
The bed provided great comfort. The tv was also great. I was impressed with the fabulous shower. Cleanliness was great.
Room one should be avoided. It was unfortunately noisy, being located next to the main door.

The staff were very helpful. They provided assistance with directions and local recommendations. I found them to be attentive, answering questions promptly and addressing concerns with efficiency (which i appreciated).

The location provided easy access to the upper promenade by the sea. Everything was in walking distance, including shops, pubs, and restaurants. The walk up the famous 199 steps (yes, I did it!) offered excellent views over the bay.

great location beautiful room modern room thoughtful touches
The location was FANTASTIC. The room was beautiful! Everything was clean and modern. The host ensured we had all necessary information, including Wi-Fi details, taxi numbers, and places to eat. There were also thoughtful touches, such as porridge and cereal bars for breakfast. The parking permit was a great plus!
The shower pressure was a little low. this did not detract significantly from the otherwise excellent experience.

cramped room uncomfortable mattress
The bathroom was large and well lit. The room offered perfect placement near the Pavilion and seafront.
The loft room felt cramped. The mattress requires replacement as it proved uncomfortable. The room temperature was too high. Adjusting it was not possible.

wonderful stay, indeed
carpeted room tv channels tea supply bed comfort
I felt welcomed. the room was carpeted throughout and had nice details. i found many tv channels available. jane was wonderful. She ensured the room temperature was right and kept the tea and coffee supplies full. the bed offered great comfort, and the cleanliness was perfect. the place allowed me to settle in easily and enjoy my holiday.
