the location was great, a short walk from the marble arch tube station proved very convenient (i did enjoy this perk!). the staff were very friendly and helpful . a full english breakfast was available, which i found tasty.
the older style furnishings in my room were not exactly to my personal taste.

satisfactory stay, a few drawbacks
great locationlovely serviceold interiorthin walls
the location was great because i wanted to be near hyde park and it was really close. the breakfast included coffee, bacon, sausage, and eggs, and the service was lovely, with coffee and toast brought to the table, not to mention juice, fruit, and yogurts were all included.
the room interior seems old and needs to be redone. the walls and floors felt thin, so it was very noisy when someone walked past.

Decent location, but some issues need addressing
weak shower
The room was clean, but quite dated. The bathroom was small and the shower pressure was VERY weak. I could barely rinse my hair. The breakfast buffet was average, offering limited variety. Climbing several flights of stairs with luggage was difficult.
