The location was indeed central. It made accessing key points of interest very easy. The staff were friendly and provided helpful assistance from arrival.
The room I was in lacked sufficient lockers. Only four lockers were available for six beds. Space felt limited in the room, made moving around difficult.

the location proved convenient. i appreciated that the staff stored my luggage before check-in. i found this service very helpful. the hotel offered shower and toilet facilities with paper, gel, and hand soap.
the absence of a window handle impacted noise control. i experienced disturbances because the hotel sits above busy music venues. this made sleep difficult.

the location is GREAT! i could walk to everything. the staff was always available at the 24-hour reception. the room had air conditioning, needed! the free coffee was a BIG plus for me.
the noise from nearby pubs was noticeable. BUT, i understand it is hard to control.

i stayed one night following a football game in birkenhead the bunk was comfortable and the bathroom was clean a bar downstairs provided convenience a dj performed that evening adding to the lively atmosphere i enjoyed the location's proximity to the nightlife i found the stay satisfactory. the staff was friendly and efficient.
i noticed no window handle this impacted noise control from the busy live music area it was a challenge.
