the location was convenient. i appreciated the proximity to major attractions. the room featured two double beds which was great for my needs..
the advertised restaurant was non-existent. there were air conditioning problems . the lack of fresh air made the atmosphere somewhat unhealthy..

Okay stay near the centre
friendly staff helpful staff missing tea bags no reply
The location suited my needs. It was very close to many attractions. My twin room had large single beds. The staff were very friendly and also helpful (they gave directions).
I encountered a couple of issues. There were no tea bags, coffee, or milk in the room. This was disappointing in the morning. The company did not reply to my message about this.

quick check-in spacious room central location easy process
The check-in process was easy. i received a spacious room that included everything i needed. i even had a view over the mersey. the location is very central. A spoons is just across the road.
i noticed the tv in my room did not work properly.

the hotel provides a 24-hour reception which is very helpful. guests can request extra tea, coffee, milk, towels, or toilet paper any time. housekeeping is provided every three nights.

the staff were pleasant and very cute to me. i found them happy to store our bags before and after check in. the staff are very helpful and friendly, too.

There is not a bar or restaurant here. there are plenty of options nearby, and it is not an issue. tea and coffee are in the room. this meant i could get a hot drink anytime.

spacious room clean area ideal location
The room was spacious and clean. It had comfortable beds. The location was ideal, near the wharf and attractions. The staff was cute, especially at the reception area.
I noticed there was no air conditioning during the summer, and the windows did not open. This meant there was no fresh air. The room became stuffy. I found this inconvenient.

The Family Room provided ample space. It included comfy beds and pillows for a restful sleep. The bathroom was modern, made the space quite functional.

The hotel is near the city center, providing excellent access to key landmarks. The proximity to Pier Head and the Three Graces enhanced my visit. It was quite easy to walk to various attractions.

adequate stay near the station
train station convenient location double beds big room helpful staff non-functional air conditioning no housekeeping limited services no waste removal missing facilities
the hotel is located right next to the train station this was convenient for my luggage. my room had two double beds so it was quite big. the staff were friendly and helpful i found.
the air conditioning was not working this was a big issue. i was told on arrival that housekeeping would not happen . there were no facilities to remove waste that i was told about.
