i appreciated the central location. it offered easy access to many attractions. the staff was very friendly and helpful. jess was particularly helpful when i thought i had lost my ring.

the breakfast area felt a bit small. the tables seemed too close together. it made moving around the buffet difficult.

The room was neat. It had blackout curtains. The shower worked excellently. The provided hairdryer was efficient. The location proved central to many local attractions. Restaurants are easy to reach from the hotel. Chinatown and Albert Dock were a short walk. Shops nearby made exploration simple.

I noticed the eating area at breakfast was too small. It had insufficient seating and made things difficult.

The location was CENTRAL to everything, made getting around quite easy.

The breakfast service was REALLY understaffed. Refills were slow, and items ran out quickly. I also found the hallways smelled of dogs, a definite turnoff. The hotel accepts dogs. The smell permeates common areas.
