location is excellent. it is only around an eight minute walk to the theatre. it is also five minutes into town. the rooms are very clean and beds are very comfy. we had a large tv in my room.
the reception staff are not very friendly. there is a cracked basin in my room. there is no soap dish above the basin, so there is nowhere to put the soap.

the breakfast is amazing. it has plenty of choices and nothing is much trouble for the staff. the bar stays open until around eleven pm and we always have a drink there.

The room felt a bit neglected. The bathroom radiator was quite rusty and did not look clean. the shower was not thoroughly cleaned. A big problem was the noise. I could clearly hear conversations and movement from other rooms and the hallway. It really disrupted my sleep, and that was unfortunate.

the triple family room offered a nice sea view. it had useful amenities, including a kettle with tea and coffee. the room featured bottled water, a fan, and a hairdryer. free wifi was available and i could use my netflix account on the smart tv. the hotel had handy free parking at the rear, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
