small bathroom cheap furniture
the room i had was not satisfactory. the bathroom felt small to me. the furniture looked cheap. the mattress felt very soft. i did not sleep well due to this mattress.

clean room sea view prime location friendly staff
the room was clean. the balcony provided a lovely sea view! the hotel's prime location allowed for easy access to the promenade and shops. staff members were friendly and cute to all the guests.
i noticed slight marks of spills on the landline base.

acceptable, but some issues
missing plug sockets stained teaspoon
the staff were friendly and tried their best. (i think they were really trying).
i am disappointed with the amenities. i initially booked an interconnecting room with a lounge. the hotel offers free wi-fi, it only seems to be available in the main building. there were no plug sockets in the twin room, and the teaspoon that was provided was stained.

the location is spot on. it is ideal for the seafront and beach! the car park is convenient. i also loved the nice bar and lounge areas.

fantastic getaway indeed
really good hospitality quick access child entertainment
staff showed really good hospitality, from reception to dining room servers. every member, appreciated. the hotel's location also allowed quick access to nearby attractions. activities kept my child entertained throughout the stay.
the room showed some wear and tear. the bathroom could use modern updates. this detracted from the overall quality somewhat.

the dining staff were attentive, promptly addressed requests, and offered polite assistance. bar service proved efficient, maintaining a friendly atmosphere. cleaning staff were discrete, they ensured rooms maintained cleanliness throughout my stay.
