uncomfortable mattresslukewarm water
The mattress was quite uncomfortable . I could feel the springs. the shower was also a problem , with lukewarm water. i also found it annoying that there were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room , not even a cup. plus , checkout was at 10am, especially since housekeeping knocked several times before just letting themselves in while i was still getting ready.
