The hotel location is central. it made getting to everything EASY. The staff were friendly. I had no ISSUES. The breakfast had PLENTY of options.

the location was very convenient, just a short walk from lime street station. my room was large, with four single beds. the staff were helpful and friendly (i appreciated their assistance). i was allowed to store my bags after checkout since my departure was later.
there was a small deposit required for the room, which i found a bit unusual.

Kimberley at reception was very helpful. She assisted me when i had forgotten my suitcase combination (it was a lifesaver!). the location is very convenient. The station is very close and most places are within walking distance. the room was very super clean and cozy.
my room faced the front and i experienced traffic noise along with some chatter from outside. i recommend asking for a room away from the front if possible.

convenient location super clean room helpful staff ample tea
The location proved convenient. It was close to the train station. The room was super clean. I slept soundly. I found the staff quite helpful . They promptly addressed my questions and requests. The room had ample tea and coffee. I appreciated the plentiful supply of milk provided.
The facilities was somewhat dated. I felt they could benefit from a bit of modernization.

great location bright room
the location was great, very close to my event. the room was bright, and i really loved the decor. staff were lovely and even gave me an umbrella when it was raining.

some issues
springy bed missing spoon
the bed was awful, really springy. i think the toilet was constantly flushing when i got to my room. the bathroom felt way too hot because the towel rail was on. the coffee in the morning was missing a spoon too! i was honestly expecting more for the price i paid.

The location is close to the city centre (a definite plus).
