The shower provided hot water and soft towels. There were tea and coffee making facilities alongside complimentary biscuits. Lots of free parking spaces were available.
I noticed a horrible smell in the bathroom. Five air fresheners were present, yet the issue remained unaddressed. It needs fixing.

the room i got was a bit dated it wasn't quite what i expected based on the photos i saw online some of the lights weren't working properly either that was a little annoying the furniture looked worn and could use some updating i was expecting a bit more for the price i paid the experience left me a little deflated

the room was clean. i appreciated that the facilities were more than adequate. i slept well here, which i find admirable.
there was no milk provided in my room, and i found only decaf coffee sachets were available. breakfast starting at 7am on weekdays created an issue for me, as it was too late. i needed to leave earlier for my commitments.
