The location is super! i found many pubs, cafes, and takeaways nearby. i loved that the staff always checked on me, especially about the stairs. the room was great. The shower worked amazingly well, and it was so quiet!
my room was tiny. there was only a bed pushed against the wall, no extra furniture at all! the blind did not cover the entire window, annoying. the floor was dirty, and a previous guest's used towel hung on a hook.

The staff was super friendly and efficient! I really appreciated the clean room and the comfy bed. The location was perfect. I could easily walk to all of my destinations. I found everything really excellent!
The noise from the street at night, it was a bit loud, even with the windows closed. I think better soundproofing would help a lot.

the staff was amazing! they took me right to my room. the room had amazing facilities for the low price. it catered toward every need i could have for a night away. beds were also VERY soft!
the kettle was dirty. there are stains on the walls. THE pillows were flat and hard. only one pillow each. i found that unacceptable.
