convenient hotel stay
amazing staff helpful staff great location
i found the front desk staff member alex to be amazing. she was supportive and very helpful. the hotel's location was great because it was near the train station and city center.
i noticed faded makeup stains on pillow cases. i also saw colored dye stains on the duvet edge. the carpet had stains too. i think the hotel should deep clean the carpet or replace it

faulty thermostat stale smoke
The thermostat didn't work at all! it was either fully on or completely off. this made the room unbearably hot and stuffy, even at night. i complained, but nothing was fixed. the room also had a lingering smell of stale smoke. It was really unpleasant.

easy access city center room temperature
Location was indeed excellent. It provided easy access to the city center.. Room temperature was well-regulated. Parking was also a positive, even though it wasn't complimentary.
The mattress topper was not good. The bathroom also had a distinct sewage smell. It seemed the odor came from the sink, and it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Solid Stay Near the City
helpful staff ground floor tasty deal
Staff provided assistance, I saw a pool table and bar. The hotel included four pillows, a heater, and a multi plug. I liked the ground floor location it offered. The hotel offers food all day and night. The chicken tikka costs 11 pounds and tastes good.
I noticed a big crack in the toilet seat, I worry about health and safety. The bathroom reminded me of a student accommodation. The bed felt hard, and the pillows were flat.
