The location was very convenient. It was close to the university. Staff members were helpful. I appreciated that everything matched expectations for a hotel.
I found the floor was not vacuumed well. I noticed the hallway floor was uneven and creaked loudly. I could hear it clearly inside the room.

The staff was amazing (Monique especially!) and always ready to assist. They provided an iron and board quickly upon request. Check-in was easy, and they seemed to anticipate guest needs without delay.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable, and there was tea and coffee. I also found some excellent extras such as shower gel and hot chocolate available.

Parking was easy, and there was ample space available. The breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty of choice to select from. I found the restaurant offered great value for money.

The noise was a significant issue. I could hear children running in the corridors and banging on doors throughout my stay. It was quite disruptive to my rest. Paying extra for bottled water in the room seemed unnecessary..

The hotel provided ample parking.
The heating in my room did not work. The room was cold, and a small plug-in radiator provided was insufficient. Breakfast had elements that I did not think were very well done, like the eggs.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were excellent. Plenty of parking was available and I felt secure. The bed was comfortable and the room had extra pillows.
The floor did not seem vacuumed. I stayed on the second floor and the hallway floor was uneven. It creaked a lot and I could hear it in my room.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and everything tasted fresh. i liked the room layout. the shower over the bath worked well. The towel rail proved very useful for drying clothes after i got caught in unexpected rain.

the staff seemed polite enough so that's something.
the air conditioning was supposedly under refurbishment. i certainly felt the effects of that refurbishment as i sweltered in my room like a forgotten roast dinner. also, i wanted dinner in the restaurant but it seems the chef had taken an unscheduled vacation, or so i was told.
