the breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.
I found the room quite cold. It only had a portable heater. the rest of the hotel was warm (which was nice). the bathroom in the room was especially cold.

I found the location very convenient. The breakfast was amazing. I appreciated the generous size of the bedrooms. I slept well due to the comfortable mattress, and the duvet was wonderful. I appreciate the service.
The window in the room was original single glazed sash, so noise was noticeable.

Parking is on-site, providing ease. The location is near shops. Jephson Gardens is close as well. The Loft Theatre has a programme of very good performances. This adds to the cultural appeal.

The room faced the road but was quiet. The room was also up to a high standard. A kettle along with instant coffee and tea were in my room. Daily cleaning happened.

The breakfast had a wide selection. The cooked breakfast portion was generous. Fresh fruit salad was available. The bar area was nice. It provides a good spot for an evening drink.

i found the breakfast very complete with fresh options. the staff was amazingly helpful with quick service. the fruit salad was a treat , and the hot breakfast options looked tempting.
the hotel requires guests to hand in keys upon leaving , and this feels outdated. the doors did not always securely close automatically , i had to manually lock them. this is something to consider for security updates.

The hotel location is central, close to shops! and eateries. staff member muckelodir greeted us warmly at breakfast and explained everything. he was very attentive to our vegan and vegetarian needs. This meticulous service. the breakfasts were of excellent quality.
