the staff was accommodating and friendly. the hotel was clean! breakfast was spot on. the staff members were cute and looked after us.
the trouser press had no power cable. the bath plug was broken. the toilet roll holder was missing. the door close mechanism had leaked all down the door and hadn't been cleaned off.

lovely getaway
excellent staffgood choicesquiet restaurant
staff are excellent. i liked breakfast a lot. the menu provided good choices. food orders continued until late so it was convenient. the atmosphere felt relaxed. it reminded me of a clean, balanced place with a lively sports bar. rooms offer a quiet restaurant.
the look feels dated.

the airport is not too far from there. shops abound near the hotel. i found a great M&S Food store plus a Next shop. a Tesco Petrol station is also nearby.

my room suited our family needs. it offered lots of space. i enjoyed how enormous the bed felt. it gave an comfortable sleep experience. this was probably the BEST sleep i've ever experienced in a hotel.

i enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. it had cooked options plus cereals available. toast was also a great option for me. coffee was readily available from a machine. i liked the quiet atmosphere at breakfast.

the breakfast offered a great choice! it was really tasty and included several options. the staff were very attentive, they ensured everything was clean and well-stocked.
the bathroom could use some updating though the shower worked fine.
