I found great value in the available amenities. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff ensured quick service. The M42 motorway is also very convenient. Everything worked as expected.

pleasant stay with great service

the large room had excellent heating and a very comfortable king size bed. i enjoyed the walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. table service was excellent and the food prices were realistic. breakfast arrived quickly and was piping hot, though a slightly larger portion would be ideal.
the pillows were uncomfortable and alternatives would improve the sleeping experience i also noticed some high level cobwebs which could be addressed.

the food and drink were priced reasonably. i received fast table service. breakfast was hot and delivered promptly, though i would have preferred a larger portion. the availability of many options was appreciated.

My room had adequate storage spaces and standard amenities. The breakfast included good quality bacon sausages and mushrooms. The staff were cute and helpful from check-in through the whole stay. I felt really comfortable and safe throughout my visit.

The room featured a spacious layout, it included modern amenities. i found the bed comfortable. I rested well after a long day. free wifi was available. It allowed me to stay connected.
the shower temperature fluctuated, it made maintaining a constant comfortable water flow difficult. this issue slightly detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The grounds were beautiful re the hotel's surroundings. plenty of parking was available. I never had issues finding a space. the hotel is near several local attractions.

The rooms were spacious. I noticed a mini fridge. i was checked in late, yet they kindly offered to fix something for me after the kitchen closed. the bar prices seemed decent. good-sized rooms were also a plus.
i stayed during a family wedding nearby. at check-in, they initially booked two rooms when i actually booked five. it was eventually sorted, though.

the hotel benefits from garden views from the bedroom window, offering a pleasant visual experience, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. easy access to local attractions and amenities made getting around simple for our schedule.
