i booked a double room. the large tv and black out curtains were so welcomed because i was tired. fluffy white towels and tea and coffee facilities were available too. i would definitely return.
my bathroom was awful, old, and the plug hole had started rusting and was sharp! the toilet seat was old and stained. the shower had no pressure it was more like a dripping tap.

I found the staff very helpful carrying my suitcase. My room included Tea and Coffee facilities. The room was basic, but adequate for my overnight stay. Assisted check in and out was EASY.
The extractor fan was slightly noisy. This was reported but not resolved.

Saint Lawrence Church is within 10 minutes WALKING distance. It is a good medieval church that features an adjoining cemetery. The hotel is conveniently connected to a pub and restaurant that remains open.

Breakfast had many options that I enjoyed. Food and staff are very GOOD! I think the chicken wing deal offers the BEST chicken wings EVER. The pub's vibe is good.

The staff displayed superb customer service. They were ALWAYS smiling. All the staff I encountered were VERY friendly. The staff are very cute, and they accommodated all our needs. The team provided prompt service. Everything was quick.

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable and clean. My room was done every morning, and I appreciated this. I found a big TV and heavy blackout curtains that I used!

The staff were helpful. They quickly addressed my needs. the room featured a full-size bath which was a definite plus.
i noticed a slight delay when trying to check in as reception wasn't immediately manned.

The room was spacious, including a large television. Breakfast offered many choices on a morning, providing good value. Staff provided discounts on the menu for residents each evening. Every member of the staff was exceedingly friendly.

Parking IS plentiful, and the building has a separate entrance from the pub. Access to the pub from within the building is convenient. The hotel is only a short drive to local attractions, a plus for travellers.

shabby room and poor experience
dated bathroom empty bath
the breakfast had lot of choice, so it was ok.
the room was pretty shabby. the bathroom was very dated and the bath emptied itself from full before i even got in it. never saw anyone on the front desk to get extra milk when i needed it.
