convenient location lovely breakfast super clean room access card steep stairs cold pub
the location proved convenient. breakfast provided a lovely start to the day. i found the room super clean, that created a very comfortable enviroment.
the door access cards caused problems, they needed recoding three times. the stairs posed a challenge. i found that the pub felt rather cold.

convenient location friendly staff tasty breakfast
The location was excellent, a short walk to the river and the park. The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was good, I enjoyed a cracking pint of Guinness (especially in the morning!).

really good service good quality food
The staff provided really good service. A team made great efforts to find us a table when the restaurant was fully booked. The location is ideal for the RSC as it is visible from the window. The breakfast menu features a variety of options, and the food was of good quality.
I found the room to be cold, and the radiator was initially turned off. This. It would have been better if the heating had been on beforehand.

a okay stay
parking spot friendly staff river view faulty tap bad smell mens toilets
the location was very good. i managed to get a parking spot too. the staff are friendly i thought. the room had a view of the river which i enjoyed.
the shower tap didnt work at first. i got my husband to fix it, it took some time. the mens toilets near the rooms smelled bad i thought. i had to hold my breath when i walk past it.
