historic building original features clean room cooked breakfast
The building had great history and original features. My room was modern and clean. I enjoyed the lovely cooked breakfast they served. The bar stayed open late, great after a long day.
The hotel has a small car park. I spent some time finding an alternative parking spot.

I found the hotel's location ideal, being close to my work. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My room was modern and spacious. I appreciated that the hotel is good-sized, though it was a little quiet on a sunday pm (i guess because it is closed to the public).
The carpets looked a little tired, showing some wear. It definitely wasn't a big issue, but it's something that caught my eye.

The hotel is perfectly positioned. A nice walk around Croyland Gardens is very close. The location is good with nearby coffee shops and shopping. I liked that everything was within easy reach.

My room was modern and spacious. It was also well decorated and clean. The comfy beds provided a good night's rest. The additional heater ensured the room was at a comfortable temperature.

The family room offered ample space. a separate toilet. The staff were friendly and very efficient. Check-in was quick. They even brought drinks and snacks up to our room, so thoughtful!!!
I had difficulty finding the hotel because the car park uses a different post code. This made arrival a little stressful after a long drive.

Staff members were very cute from arrival to departure and made a real effort to ensure everyone felt at home, including my children, offering prompt service with a smile, appreciated.

The family room was large, providing plenty of space and comfortable beds for all. Exposed brick walls added a beautiful character, showcasing the hotel's history, while the powerful shower was definitely a plus.

The newly refurbished bar and seating area were lovely. The hotel has an outside dining area. It is convenient that lots of shops and eateries are available nearby, right in the town centre.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. This was acceptable.
The room smelled strongly of smoke. It was quite unpleasant. The bed proved terribly uncomfortable, springs poked through it during the night. Some TV channels also did not function, irritating.

I found my room spacious. It included sufficient beds. The location was ideal, right in the town center. The cleanliness was excellent. The staff members were polite and efficient.
The WiFi signal in my room was somewhat weak, a little difficult to use at times.
