The included breakfast was AMAZING!!! It featured a full English breakfast tailored to my preferences. Staff were helpful and pleasant. They enhanced my experience. I appreciated the convenient parking making luggage transport very simple.
The access to the car park involved a very long and narrow lane that was difficult to maneuver.

The staff was very helpful. They were available to answer my questions and assist with any needs I had. The breakfast was good. It had a variety of options and the dining area was clean and well-kept.. I thought the room was spacious. The bathroom was also a good size.
The hotel is in desperate need of some updates. The decor feels quite dated. The car park was difficult to find. The track to it had numerous potholes, made parking a bit of a challenge. My room did not have air conditioning nor a fan. It felt stuffy.

the included breakfast was acceptable.
The room reeked of stale smoke. I think someone tried to cover it up with air freshener but it only made things worse. the tv remote did not work and the channel selection was limited. I could not find anything to watch. finally, the shower temperature fluctuated wildly, alternating between scalding hot and freezing cold.

the breakfast was good and included a cooked choice along with toast and cereal.
I was disappointed the decor felt very dated. It made the place seem a bit like a fawlty towers episode.

The staff members seemed very attentive. The hotel provides parking, a real convenience for unloading luggage. I found the bed comfortable and the room clean. Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel offers many food options, and the food quality was really good. Its central location is another plus.
