I found the staff friendly and helpful at reception. The room offered air conditioning. SUCH a relief, and I appreciated the very clean, fresh environment. Breakfast had MANY choices. I especially enjoyed the selections. The hotel's location near Pride Park was very convenient.

i found ONE TINY detail, the tv selection could have been broader.

My room had what i needed for a comfortable visit. The layout felt efficient. i found the bar and restaurant area suitable for a quick meal. the breakfast offered various tasty options and fresh items.

The bedroom had a slightly noticeable odor of cleaning products upon arrival. It was somewhat strong.

The location was ideal for my needs.

My room was far from ideal. The air conditioning made a terrible banging noise all night, even when switched off. I couldn't sleep properly because of that constant banging. the light pollution from the surrounding industrial estate meant birds were singing from 1 AM onwards.
