The room decor felt quite dated it reminded me of old university dorm rooms the plug sockets didn't all work the carpet was visibly dirty I found it quite frustrating needing to search for a working outlet to charge my phone.

the staff was really friendly and approachable. they were willing to go that extra mile and helped to. the rooms felt relaxing and clean with good facilities, which i really appreciated. i also found the restaurant amenable to changes to meet my needs.
The room i was in, number 5, had a view of the main entrance door, this wasn't ideal. i could hear all the noise from the cars, taxis, and people coming and going, very disruptive. the corporate blinds weren't great either for a downstairs room, especially in the bathroom, where people could look directly in. This felt very evasive of privacy.
