amazing ladysuper clean roomfabulous breakfast
the lady working breakfast and reception was amazing, she stayed on top of everything. she cleared tables and topped up food. the lady managed reception all at once. the hotel is modern and the room was super clean. breakfast was fabulous.
i didn't like the room code system, it felt complicated to use.

The breakfast offered a good selection (though I'm not a huge fan of buffets).
My room was quite cold upon arrival, and I had to request a room change after the staff confirmed the heating wasn't working. This was inconvenient and time-consuming.

the staff were so friendly and helpful all the time i was there. breakfast had quality products i noticed. i was pleased the room had all the essential things including plenty of electrical sockets.
the air con was a little noisy but it did not really affect my sleep.

the staff provided a very warm welcome as opposed to just processing guests. all my questions were answered with a smile and i felt very well taken care of. i really could not have asked for better service.

Wonderful Accessible Room and Great Breakfast

The staff were cute , especially when I booked the accessible room. I stayed here before and remembered the layout. My wife loved the bathroom, designed for wheelchair access and carpeted for easy movement. We appreciated the tea facilities and the large wall-mounted TV. A green light illuminated the bathroom at night.
Sometimes , the key card did not work , causing queues at reception.

Breakfast provided a lovely variety, including fresh fruit and hot meals , so it was good. I also enjoyed a Camden Town Lager at the bar one evening. The breakfast bar area was very clean.

Sam at reception gave a lovely warm welcome. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. They made sure the accessible room was ready and available, important to me. I found this service very reassuring.

The room was everything was super clean and very spacious. It included tea making facilities. The bed had just the right height for wheelchair transfers. The large TV on the wall worked very well.
