The room was very clean and bright. The staff were very helpful and always courteous, I thought. I will stay again when visiting the area. I found the WIFI worked well in all areas, a major plus for keeping connected.
I had problems with the room. The main road nearby created noise. I was woken by noisy repairs.

The room was NOT very clean. I found dust on most surfaces. The bathroom had hairs in the shower. It was GROSS. The bar service was slow and seemed disorganized. Ordering drinks took a LONG time. Staff training is REALLY needed.

The building's cleanliness, both inside and out, made a positive impression. The room itself was also clean. The value received was awesome. The staff members were consistently lovely and helpful. I found the check-in and check-out processes very straightforward and efficient (much appreciated!).
The provided bath towel and hand towel situation was a bit unusual, considering the room was intended for double occupancy.
