the reception host was quite polite and made me feel welcome.
the tv didn't work in my room, and there was only one other room available. this other room was a tiny room. the shower door was broken (not what i expected). i had paid for a beautiful room, but ended up with a tiny single room instead, frustrating.

The reception staff was helpful. A friendly gentleman carried my luggage. He talked about the local area to me. The room looked newly renovated. The bathroom looked beautiful, too. Free parking was available. I found the room quite spacious. The shower was good. There was convenient access to public transport.
The temperature was quite high, and no fan was provided.

I was not offered WiFi. I expected food service. The room was freezing cold. It only got warm around 3 am when I switched the heating off.

I expected bottled water in the room. I expected to not use water from the bathroom sink to make tea.
