The family room had a king bed and two twin beds, offering excellent value. there was sufficient space for four adults in the room. usb sockets were conveniently located by the bed and desk. I appreciated this since i forgot my plug adapter.
The public corridor had an unpleasant odor. It resembled the smell of old tomcat. i found this distracting.

the room was revamped to a lovely standard. the family room felt large and the kids liked having their own area through the archway. it was also nice and quiet.

the location is handy at the services, so easy access to food and drink options is available. the reception staff helped direct me to the road out of services, so i could find an indian restaurant in a nearby village.

the room was spacious and clean. i liked that i could take dogs. we appreciated that.
The shaver socket was out of order so i could not plug in my electric toothbrush. there was also no soap for the bath or shower. The dispenser was empty.

The reception staff helped my wife feel comfortable upon her arrival. Upon my own arrival, the receptionist was also lovely and helpful! Free parking was available, and there was plenty of space. The room was clean, well kept, and contained most essential items.
I noticed a need for some updating. The bathroom tiles had a few cracks.

the hotel room included three beds and suited three of us well. the bathroom was clean and tidy with everything we needed. the room felt bigger with the refurbishments, it really lifted the standard for the price.
the room didnt come with shower gel, and also had no cups for tea, so we could not have a hot drink in the room.
